Valeri Kvaratskhelia joined the FactCheck Georgia team as Economic Analyst in 2015. since 2018, he is the Chief Economist of the FactCheck. Valeri also holds positions of Project Manager and Head of Administration at Georgia's Reforms Associates (GRASS). He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. 

Valeri has ten years of working experience at the structural units of the state agencies of the economic profile and at the relevant units of private companies' financial departments, responsible for managing fixed assets and financial reporting. He conducts lectures on customs legislation and measuring the fair value of assets according to the IFRS standards.
