According to the information, the rehabilitation of the Lake Tsivi Holiday Complex is in progress at this stage. Cleaning of the Lake is already finished and the renovation of outdoor infrastructure will be started in the nearest future. The cost of the project is GEL 5 million and is funded by the World Bank. The rehabilitation of the Tskaltubo Central Park will also be started in several days. The rehabilitation also received GEL 7 million of funding by the World Bank. This project could not be implemented until now as the tender winning Sani Company could not fulfill its obligations and a new tender had to be announced.
We found information about the Tskaltubo infrastructural projects on a Tskaltubo municipality website. According to the information, rehabilitation of the drainage system and the surface of the Tskaltubo circular road started on 1 July. The project is implemented by the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia and funded by the World Bank. The project includes the rehabilitation of the Tskaltubo circular road (5,430 meters), drainage channel systems (197 meters), roads, paths and sidewalks and the renovation of two bridges. The work is being carried out by the tender winning Tsekuri Ltd and Sakmilsadenmsheni Ltd. The initial cost of the project is GEL 5.9 million.
The donor of the project of the rehabilitation of roads, paths and drainage systems of the Tskaltubo Central Park and Lake Tsivi (stage two) is the World Bank. The work is being carried out by Dagi Ltd. The initial cost of the project is GEL 7.4 million (starting on 28 May 2014 and finishing on 28 May 2015).
Two projects in Tskaltubo are among the list of the projects already finished by the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia:

- The rehabilitation of the water supply and sewage systems. The work was carried out by In-Si Ltd and Service Ltd and the overall cost was equal to GEL 3,900,194.
