Victoria Baikova joined the Factcheck Georgia team in 2024 as a foreign relations analyst and, since May 2025, has held the position of editor. At the same time, Victoria serves as a project manager at the Georgia's Reforms Associates(GRASS). She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Foreign Languages from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, as well as a master’s degree in International Relations from Ilia State University.

From 2009 to 2019, Victoria worked in various positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, and from 2019 to 2023 she served as Deputy Head of the Department of Policy Analysis, Planning, and International Relations at the Office of the State Minister of Georgia for Reconciliation and Civic Equality.

She is fluent in English and Russian.
